BHA JBC Briefing Recording Hidden
The collective shared “more to come” on the BHA Joint Budget Committee (JBC) briefing that took place on Thursday, December 7th, where capital sources reported that it did not go well for BHA Interim Commissioner Barnes and the BHA, however, members of the collective report that as of 11:30 pm on Friday, December 8th, the recordings of BHA budget push back are missing from the site. A friend of JFM tracked down the link for the December 7 hearing that is conveniently not linked on the formal JBC recording page (above), but is available with via direct link. And, thus far, the collective’s favorite comments are from Senator Kirkmeyer, stating, “I think the fact that they didn’t request any new funds is truly suspect” and continued with “I guess they [BHA] thought they could avoid a hearing but that’s not gonna happen. Senator Kirkmeyer, the JFM collective also finds Barnes and the BHA suss.
